How does the free 30-day trial work?
The trial is a 30-day plan with full features and up to 100 sites, so you can test everything properly. SMS and API have fair-use limits to prevent abuse, and no credit card is required. When the 30 days are up, you decide which package suits you best.
Can I start a paid plan right away instead?
Yes. You can activate any plan immediately and then have 14 days to pay for it. Monitoring runs during that window; if payment is not completed in time, it simply pauses until you pay.
Is choosing a smaller plan after the trial a downgrade?
No. The trial 100-site allowance is generous on purpose, just for testing. Picking a plan like Webmaster afterwards simply selects your real plan, with its own included sites, and you can add extra sites any time you need more.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Alongside the trial there is a free-forever plan that monitors 2 sites every 30 minutes. The instant check also works with no account at all.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, cancel or switch to the free plan at any time from your dashboard, with no payment and no long-term contract. Upgrades take effect right away.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is paid once a year and costs less per month. Monthly billing is paid each month and stays fully flexible. You can switch between them at any time.
What counts as a site in my plan?
Each monitored address (a website, server or service you add as a task) counts as one site. If you need more than your plan includes, extra sites are added at the per-site price shown on each plan.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer (SWIFT purchase order), payment by account or agreement, and cryptocurrency.
