Let me briefly describe some of them.
As for instant checks, now they are available in 4 different ways. In addition to the existing http instant check, now ping, specific port and trace instant checks could be used. This allows you to monitor not only web sites, but any IP address or web application.
Ping and port monitoring are available for regular monitoring too. Also, regular monitoring has got full https support, full log option and checks of protected pages (basic and digest authentication support).
Now you may use maintenance schedules if you plan some server or web site works and wish to exclude them from the uptime statistics. These schedules could be used on regular or single basis.
Statistics is present in friendly graphic view, both statistics and logs could be protected or shared with other people.
New way of notifications, such as Voice calls, has appeared. SMS notification cost is lowered down to $0.01 ! Multi contact reporting is present.
Completely new billing system. We've applied efforts to make it very handy and flexible. You may create arbitrary amount of tasks and pay for exactly what you need. You may use free package as well, if your needs are not that high.
